You mean pagerank? That always confused me but pagerank is only good if you want to sell advertising on your website… having links on high pagerank sites is not as important as it once was either. These days it’s all about getting links from relevant sites.
Also, unless you have a subscription to seomoz and you can see their site ratings, you’ll never know how strong a site is by just looking at the pagerank. One site can have the same PR as another but not be nearly as authoritative.
Why do you want higher PR?
